The data controller for personal data collected through this website and related service channels is Manpower Global Finland, operating from our Helsinki correspondence address.

We do not publish a Finnish company registration number on this site unless one is configured for public display. Please contact us if you need formal controller identification for a contractual process.

For privacy requests, including access, rectification or erasure, contact fm@manpowerglobal.fi. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

3. Data collected

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process identity and contact details, organisation and role information, enquiry content, technical logs required to operate the service, and documents you choose to upload.

• Name, email address, phone number and organisation
• Message content and selected enquiry type
• Property and facility details you provide for FM or robotic assessments
• Candidate profile or application information
• Account credentials and session data if you create a customer account
• Server and security logs necessary to keep the service available

4. Quote and contact requests

When you submit a quote or contact form, we process the information to respond, qualify the request and coordinate follow-up with our facilities or recruitment teams.

5. Recruitment and candidate profiles

If you join our talent network or submit a profile, we process your details to consider you for suitable roles, communicate about opportunities and maintain a candidate record while relevant.

Submitting a profile does not guarantee employment or an interview.

6. Job applications

Job applications and supporting documents are processed to assess suitability for published vacancies. Some vacancies may be connected to partner organisations; where that applies, we will indicate the context in the vacancy materials when available.

7. Customer accounts

If customer accounts are enabled, we process authentication data, profile details and service history needed to provide quotes, bookings and related account features securely.

8. Robotic-cleaning assessments

Site assessment requests and related facility inputs are used to evaluate robotic cleaning suitability, prepare recommendations and arrange follow-up. Recommendations depend on the accuracy of information you supply.

9. Uploaded documents and floor plans

Documents, floor plans or images you upload are processed only for the service purpose you requested (for example assessment, quotation or recruitment). Please avoid uploading unnecessary personal data about third parties.

10. Payment information

If online payments are enabled, card and payment details are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. Payment processing remains inactive until payments are explicitly enabled in the production configuration.

11. Email communications

We use email to acknowledge enquiries, send operational updates and, where appropriate, deliver quotations or booking information. Transactional email is sent through our email service provider.

12. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics or marketing cookies are only used if configured and disclosed. We do not claim that analytics or marketing cookies are active unless the live application sets them.

13. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the context, we rely on one or more of the following bases under applicable EU/EEA data-protection law:

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encrypted transport and least-privilege practices for administrative systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

18. Data-subject rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

19. Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe we have processed your personal data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu) or another competent EU supervisory authority.
