Accessibility Statement

Last updated

Finnish and Swedish translations are in progress. You are viewing the English version of this page.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and continue improving the accessibility of the Manpower Global Finland website. This statement describes our approach, known limitations and how to report issues. (This page currently shows the English version while Finnish and Swedish translations are prepared.)

These pages are operational drafts prepared for the Manpower Global Finland website. They should receive independent legal review before final commercial launch.

1. Commitment to accessibility

Manpower Global Finland is committed to making digital services usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

2. Supported standards and WCAG target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and continue improving the accessibility of the service. We do not claim full audited compliance unless an independent audit has confirmed it.

3. Current accessibility measures

Current measures include semantic HTML structure, visible focus styles, labelled form controls, skip-to-content navigation and efforts to maintain readable contrast on primary interfaces.

4. Keyboard navigation

Primary navigation, forms and interactive controls are intended to be operable with a keyboard. Mega-menu and mobile navigation support Escape to close where implemented.

5. Colour contrast

We design text and controls with WCAG AA contrast targets in mind. If you encounter low-contrast content, please report it so we can correct it.

6. Form labels and validation

Forms use associated labels and validation messages. Required fields are indicated in the interface.

7. Alternative text

Meaningful images should include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately where possible.

8. Known limitations

Some third-party embeds, legacy PDF documents or rapidly evolving admin tools may not yet meet the same standard as public marketing pages. We prioritise fixes for public user journeys.

9. Reporting an accessibility issue

Email accessibility issues to fm@manpowerglobal.fi. Please include the page URL and a description of the problem.

10. Response process

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports and prioritise remediation based on severity and user impact.

11. Statement review date

This statement was last reviewed on 2026-07-19. We will update it as the service changes or after formal accessibility audits.
