This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies may be used on manpowerglobal.fi and how you can control them. (This page currently shows the English version while Finnish and Swedish translations are prepared.)
These pages are operational drafts prepared for the Manpower Global Finland website. They should receive independent legal review before final commercial launch.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences and, where configured, support measurement.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for core functionality such as security, load balancing and delivering pages. The site may not work correctly without them.
3. Authentication cookies
If you sign in to a customer or staff account, authentication cookies or session tokens from our identity provider (Supabase Auth) maintain your signed-in state securely.
4. Preference cookies
We may store limited preferences such as selected language where needed to improve usability. Preference cookies are used only when the application implements them.
5. Analytics cookies
Privacy-conscious analytics cookies are used only if explicitly configured in production. We do not claim that analytics cookies are currently active unless the live deployment sets them.
6. Payment cookies
When Stripe checkout is enabled, Stripe may set cookies required to process payments securely. Payment cookies are not used while payments remain disabled.
7. Third-party services
Infrastructure and processors that may set or process cookies or similar identifiers include:
- Vercel — hosting and delivery
- Supabase — authentication and application data when accounts are used
- Stripe — payment processing only when payments are enabled
8. Cookie duration
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period set by the issuing service. Exact durations depend on the provider and purpose.
9. How users control cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect site functionality.
A dedicated cookie-consent banner is a planned improvement if optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced. No fake consent configuration is shown while that system is not implemented.
