FM enquiries help us understand your requirements. Submission does not create a service contract until confirmed in writing.

Automated quote estimates generated by the website are preliminary only. They are based on the information you provide and may change after review.

5. Final quotations

Final quotations, scope and commercial terms are confirmed by our team. Only a confirmed quotation (and any accepted contract) creates binding pricing and delivery obligations.

6. Robotic-cleaning recommendations

Robot recommendations depend on supplied facility details, constraints and current rules. They are decision-support outputs, not guarantees of fit, coverage or cost.

7. Robot availability

Robot and operator availability varies by location, schedule and fleet capacity. Displayed options may be illustrative or demonstration data until production fleet configuration is confirmed.

8. Site assessments

A site assessment may be required before final recommendations, pricing or deployment. Assessment findings can change the proposed approach.

9. Recruitment and job listings

Job listings may be provided by Manpower Global Finland or partner organisations. Listings can change or close without notice.

10. Candidate submissions

Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee employment, an interview or placement. We process submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party contractors and service partners

Facilities services may be delivered through local service and partner networks. Regulated work such as electrical or security services is assigned only where required qualifications and operating conditions are confirmed.

12. Payments

Where online payment is enabled, payment terms are shown at checkout. Until payments are enabled in production, online card capture is not offered.

13. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and software interfaces are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse materials for commercial purposes without permission.
